目的观察黄芩苷、栀子苷对缺血不同时段脑组织神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basicfibroblast growth factor,bFGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)含量的影响,探讨黄芩苷、栀子苷抗脑缺血损伤的机制。方法制备脑缺血模型,黄芩苷、栀子苷干预,ELISA法测定脑组织NGF、bFGF、BDNF含量。结果脑缺血12 h和24 h,模型组脑组织神经营养因子含量反应性增加;栀子苷组脑组织NGF含量显著降低;黄芩苷、栀子苷组脑组织bFGF含量均增加;黄芩苷、栀子苷组脑组织bDNF含量均降低。结论黄芩苷、栀子苷对脑缺血损伤神经元具有保护作用,促进星形胶质细胞等产生bFGF是其主要作用途径。
Objective To observe the effects of baicalin and geniposide on nerve growth factor (NGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (brain- Influence of the content of derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) on the mechanism of baicalin and geniposide against cerebral ischemic injury. Methods Brain ischemia model was established. Baicalin and jasminoidin were intervened. The contents of NGF, bFGF and BDNF in brain tissue were determined by ELISA. Results After 12h and 24h of cerebral ischemia, the content of neurotrophic factor in brain tissue of the model group increased remarkably. The content of NGF in the brain tissue of jasminoidin group was significantly decreased, and the content of bFGF in the brain of baicalin and jasminoidin group increased. Baicalin, The content of bDNF in brain tissue of jasminoid group was decreased. Conclusion Baicalin and geniposide have a protective effect on neurons injured by cerebral ischemia, and promoting the production of bFGF by astrocytes is the main way of action.
