南京市行政审批的改革一方面提高了政府的行政效率,另一方面,在改革过程中也产生了一系列不应该出现的问题,这些问题大大削弱了政府的管理职能,阻碍了行政审批改革的深入和政府的发展。本文通过介绍和分析南京市行政审批中出现的问题,提出了一些避免问题和完善制度的针对性建议,以及一些无力解答的疑问,微薄的努力希望能推进区域行政审批改革的研究。
On the one hand, the reform of administrative examination and approval in Nanjing has improved the administrative efficiency of the government; on the other hand, a series of unproblematic problems have arisen during the reform process. These problems have greatly weakened the government’s management functions and hindered the reform of administrative examination and approval In-depth and government development. By introducing and analyzing the problems that emerged in Nanjing’s administrative examination and approval, this paper put forward some targeted suggestions to avoid problems and perfect the system, as well as some questions that can not be answered. The meager efforts hope to promote the research on the reform of regional administrative examination and approval.
