《黄州寒食诗帖》,代表了苏轼行草书的最高成就。此作是宋元丰五年(1082年)苏轼被贬黄州时写下的两首诗稿,时年46岁。苏轼在黄州的三年里,生活极为窘困,心中充满着激忿失意、屈辱交织的复杂感情。而这一切,在《黄州寒食帖》中有着充分的表现。因为《黄州寒食诗帖》是诗书双璧之作,作者又以自身遭遇为题材,所以,读此帖应诗书并读。
