在20岁刚做模特儿的时候,我一直比较在意自己的身材,首是运动员出生,退役下来,四肢相对粗壮,同做模特儿所要求的纤巧四肢及骨感身架相比,我身体的肌肉线条过于明显和突出,为此很是恼火。每次一上 T 型台,心里老是觉得别扭,总是暗自放大身体的一点缺憾.似乎全场目光都在盯着我的不足。曾经也坚持去健身房,可收效甚微,因为以前练出来的肌肉轮廓早已存在,稍一锻炼,就露出原型,怎么瞧怎么像运动员,不像模特儿。如今由于懒惰成性,好几年过去,我的四肢反而看起来不如从前粗壮,身材似乎要顺畅许多。保持身材最可靠的办法,就是要找到自己感兴趣的运动。否则,强迫性的运动,反倒有害身心。到目前为止,让我还能有兴致保持的运动就是游泳和跳舞。这是两个极端,
