报告12例眼球钝挫伤及其合并症的临床病理改变。房角撕裂与粘连、外伤性白内障、视网膜变性与脱离、虹膜与瞳孔的改变是钝挫伤常见的合并症。房角挫伤引起继发性青光眼(绝对期)以及眼球萎缩是导致眼球摘除的直接原因。由于钝挫伤往往同时引起眼内多种结构的损伤,而且青光眼和白内障可在伤后数年发生,因此对眼球钝挫伤应进行详细检查、及时处理和长期随访。
Reported 12 cases of eye contusion and its complications of the clinicopathological changes. Corner tear and adhesions, traumatic cataracts, retinal degeneration and detachment, changes in the iris and pupil is a common complication of blunt contusion. Corner contusion caused by secondary glaucoma (absolute) and the atrophy of the eye is the direct cause of enucleation. Since blunt trauma often leads to multiple structural damage in the eye at the same time, and glaucoma and cataracts can occur in a few years after injury, eye contusion should be examined in detail, promptly treated and long-term follow-up.
