目的探讨MR扩散加权成像(DW-MRI)对柠檬汁短暂味觉刺激后涎腺功能的评估价值。方法 20名涎腺功能正常志愿者口内滴注5ml 100%柠檬汁,短暂味觉刺激前后连续行14次DW-MRI扫描两侧腮腺、颌下腺和舌下腺(扫描90s,间隔30s),比较表观弥散系数(ADC)值、ADC值增加率(IR)及ADC值峰值时间(Tmax)。结果刺激前腮腺与舌下腺的ADC值均低于颌下腺(P<0.01),三种主涎腺刺激后ADC值Tmax相仿(P>0.05)。刺激后腮腺、颌下腺、舌下腺最大ADC值均高于刺激前(P<0.01),腮腺最大ADC值低于颌下腺和舌下腺(P<0.05),腮腺、颌下腺最大ADC值IR均低于舌下腺(P<0.01)。结论柠檬汁短暂味觉刺激后行DW-MRI扫描可较客观评估涎腺功能。
Objective To evaluate the value of MR diffusion-weighted imaging (DW-MRI) in the function of salivary gland after brief taste stimulation of lemon juice. Methods Twenty normal volunteers with salivary gland were instilled with 5ml 100% lemon juice in the mouth and the parotid gland, submandibular gland and sublingual gland were scanned by DW-MRI scan for 14 consecutive days before and after short-term taste stimulation Diffusion coefficient (ADC) value, ADC value increase rate (IR) and ADC value peak time (Tmax). Results The ADC values of parotid gland and sublingual gland before stimulation were lower than those of submandibular gland (P <0.01). The ADC values of three salivary glands after stimulation were similar (P> 0.05). The maximum ADC value of parotid gland, submandibular gland and sublingual gland was significantly higher than that before stimulation (P <0.01), and the maximum ADC value of parotid gland was lower than that of submandibular gland and sublingual gland (P <0.05) Sublingual gland (P <0.01).
