探讨了干摩擦、低滑动速率下,冷变形对快速凝固Al-10Ti合金磨损行为的影响.结果表明:随施加载荷的增大,磨损机制由粘着磨损向氧化磨损转化;在粘着磨损阶段,冷变形后合金的耐磨性下降;在氧化磨损阶段,由于加工硬化提高了合金的硬度和强度,对合金施以一定程度的冷变形可有效地提高其耐磨性.
The effect of cold deformation on the wear behavior of rapidly solidified Al-10Ti alloy under dry-friction and low-slip rates was discussed. The results show that the wear mechanism changes from adhesive wear to oxidative wear with the increase of applied load. The wear resistance of the alloy decreases after cold deformation during the wear stage. In the oxidation wear stage, the hardness and strength of the alloy are increased due to work hardening , To some degree of cold deformation of the alloy can effectively improve its wear resistance.
