The number of reported cases increased by 187.39% over the previous month, an increase of 679 cases as compared with the same period of 2012. The top 5 cities in the reported cases are Shaoyang, Yongzhou, Changsha, Huaihua and Hengyang. The top 5 districts (counties) are Longhui County, Lingling District, Mayang County, Ningyuan County and Qiyang County.
