我厂机械加工设备不齐全,为了解决换热器花板的钻孔问题,制成一种简易可调式钻杆,顺利解决了生产关键。一、结构原理(见附图) 刀头1用(D_3)/(d_(c3))配合置入钻杆2的横孔中。杠杆7的上、下端分别与顶丝5 的顶端和刀头1的末端活动连接,并通过销钉6和钻杆2活动连接起来。手柄3用螺帽4固定在顶丝5的另一端。二、使用方法操作手柄3把刀头1和杠杆7调整到图中假想线的位置后,便可将钻杆置入待加工的花板孔中,根据钻杆
