随着医院药学的发展,药师的业务工作已经由传统的调配、发药、保障药品供应转变为以患者为中心的药学服务的新模式;临床药师作为医院药学工作中的重要组成部分。近年来,临床药师在各级医疗机构内得到了很好的发展,但同时也存在诸多的问题。如何更好地为临床患者提供药学服务,已成为摆在从业人员面前的重要问题。探讨和分析了国内医疗机构中临床药学服务的现状,并对其提出了改进对策。
With the development of hospital pharmacy, the pharmacist’s business has been transformed from the traditional deployment, dispensing, and safeguarding the supply of drugs into a new model of patient-centered pharmacy services. Clinical pharmacists, as an important part of hospital pharmacy work. In recent years, clinical pharmacists at all levels of medical institutions have been very good development, but there are also many problems. How to better provide clinical services to patients has become an important issue for practitioners. The status quo of clinical pharmacy services in domestic medical institutions was discussed and analyzed, and the countermeasures for improvement were put forward.
