加快促进城乡居民的消费扩大与升级,推动经济健康发展,是河南目前亟要解决的问题。随着扩大内需政策的不断实施,河南居民消费规模不断扩大,消费结构也得到了优化。但是由于可支配收入低,城镇化中出现的劳动份额变化,产业结构的升级等现象,居民消费水平相比较低,居民消费率也呈现出逐年下降态势。城乡收入差距的扩大也使得消费结构矛盾依然突出。因此,要不断提高城乡居民收入,建立健全社会保障体系,积极发展消费信贷,优化消费环境等成为政策重点。
Accelerating the expansion and upgrading of urban and rural residents’ consumption and promoting the healthy economic development are the problems that Henan urgently needs to solve. With the continuous implementation of the policy of expanding domestic demand, the scale of consumption of Henan residents has been continuously expanded, and the consumption structure has also been optimized. However, due to the low disposable income, changes in the share of labor in urbanization, and the upgrading of industrial structure, the consumption level of residents is relatively low, and the consumer spending rate also shows a declining trend year by year. The widening income gap between urban and rural areas also makes the contradictions in the consumption structure still prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously raise the incomes of urban and rural residents, establish and improve the social security system, actively develop consumer credit and optimize the consumption environment.
