目的调查49例患者食物中毒原因并进行临床干预。方法依照《副溶血性弧菌食物中毒诊断标准及处理原则》(WS/T81-1996),对中毒人群进行流行病学调查和现场进行卫生学调查,采集可疑食物及患者肛拭子进行实验室检查,并进行临床干预。结果剩余菜肴(虾类、贝壳类、牛肉冷盘)、肛门拭子检出副溶血性弧菌。经过补液、抗炎、对症、隔离、消毒处理,49例患者全部治愈,无继发胃肠道疾病爆发事件和死亡病例。结论本次食物中毒是由副溶血性弧菌污染食物所致。
Objective To investigate the causes of food poisoning in 49 patients and carry out clinical intervention. Methods According to “Diagnostic Criteria and Treatment Principles of Vibrio parahaemolyticus Food Poisoning” (WS / T81-1996), the epidemiological investigation and on-site hygiene investigation were conducted on the poisoned population, and the suspicious food and the patient’s anal swab were collected for laboratory Check, and clinical intervention. The remaining dishes (shrimp, shellfish, beef cold cuts), anal swabs detected Vibrio parahaemolyticus. After rehydration, anti-inflammatory, symptomatic, isolation, disinfection, 49 patients were completely cured, no secondary gastrointestinal disease outbreaks and deaths. Conclusion The food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus contamination of food.
