信息技术提供了灵活的就业方式,消除了传统的劳动分工和性别差异的影响,在很大程度上改变了女性的就业模式和就业结构。但我国女性IT人员的就业情况不容乐观,受到社会、组织和自身阻碍因素的影响,离职和流动比较大。组织应重视信息化的间接影响,完善人力资源创新管理体制、绩效与薪酬公平制度建设,通过对女性IT人员的教育、培训和赋予她们一定的管理权力,提升她们对专业的信心和对工作的满足,真正促进她们平等地参与就业和工作的竞争。
