目的:评价γ-巯丙基键合硅胶(MPS)脱除含生物碱类成分的中药提取液中重金属的可行性。方法:以黄连为研究对象,通过考察MPS用量、流速、径高比及温度对镉脱除效果的影响,优选脱除实验条件;以黄连药液重金属脱除前后HPLC指纹图谱相似度及含固量变化为指标,评价黄连药液重金属脱除前后化学成分的变化。结果:药材量与MPS用量比40∶1,径高比1∶3,流速10 BV.h-1,室温下,MPS对黄连药液中镉、铜的脱除率分别为81.3%,35.9%,镁、锌等金属元素的含量基本未发生变化;重金属脱除前后黄连药液HPLC指纹图谱相似度达0.99,含固量减小1.3%。结论:MPS可以有效地脱除黄连药液中重金属,且化学成分未发生明显变化。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the feasibility of removing heavy metals from traditional Chinese medicine extract containing alkaloids by γ-mercaptopropyl-bonded silica (MPS). Method: Taking Coptidis Rhizoma as the research object, the effects of MPS dosage, flow rate, aspect ratio and temperature on removal efficiency of cadmium were investigated. The experimental conditions were optimized. The similarity and solid content of HPLC fingerprints before and after heavy metal removal Volume changes as an indicator to evaluate the chemical composition changes before and after removal of heavy metals in the Coptis.
