对23例上消化道恶性肿瘤病人术前的基础营养指标、血清蛋白及血清氨基酸浓度等生化指标进行了测定,并将测定值与正常对照组比较后进行统计学分析,得出如下结论:①血清氨基酸浓度的变化能更早、更好地反映病人的营养状况;②上消化道恶性肿瘤对除苯丙氨酸、蛋氨酸外的其它必需及半必需氨基酸的摄取更为显著;③为防止术前营养支持的同时促使肿瘤生长的可能性,有必要限制某些氨基酸的投入量;④其它的测定项目中,CHI%相对较灵敏,但特异性较差。
The preoperative basic nutritional indicators, serum protein and serum amino acid concentrations in 23 patients with upper gastrointestinal cancer were measured, and the statistical analysis was performed after comparing the measured values with the normal control group.
