目的探讨不同学业成绩大学生的心理健康水平与父母教养方式的关系,为采取有效措施改善大学生的心理健康状况提供参考。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU),对某高校200名优秀生和200名落后生进行问卷调查。结果优秀生SCL-90各因子均值均低于落后生,除强迫症状、恐怖外,其余各因子差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。除父亲的情感温暖、理解和母亲的偏爱被试2个因素外,其余因素优秀生与落后生差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。除父母的情感温暖、理解和父亲的惩罚、严厉外,所有不良的父母教养方式与SCL-90的不同因子有不同程度的显著正相关。结论大学生的心理健康水平与父母教养方式有关。
Objective To explore the relationship between mental health and parental rearing patterns of college students with different academic achievements and to provide reference for taking effective measures to improve their mental health status. Methods The SCL-90 and EMBU were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 200 outstanding students and 200 backward students in a university. Results The mean scores of SCL-90 in excellent students were lower than those in backward students. There were significant differences in other factors except for obsessive-compulsive symptoms and horror (P <0.05). Except for the father’s emotional warmth, understanding and mothers’ preferences, two factors were statistically significant (P <0.05). Except for parents’ emotional warmth, comprehension and father’s punishment, and harshness, all unfriendly parental rearing patterns were significantly and positively related to different factors of SCL-90. Conclusions The mental health of college students is related to their parental rearing patterns.
