上皮型钙粘蛋白是重要的细胞粘附分子和传导分子 ,它在组织形态发生、胚胎发育和细胞凋亡等过程中均起重要作用。作为细胞间粘附分子上皮型钙粘蛋白是通过控制细胞转移来实现其功能的。最近的研究提示 :肿瘤的发生和发展与上皮型钙粘蛋白的功能失调有关 ,而且 ,临床上血清可溶性上皮型钙粘蛋白与肿瘤的分级及预后有一定的相关关系。本文就这种新的标志物与肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后的关系研究进展进行综述。
Epithelial cadherin is an important cell adhesion molecule and conducting molecule. It plays an important role in the process of tissue morphogenesis, embryonic development and apoptosis. As an intercellular adhesion molecule, epithelial cadherin functions by controlling cell metastasis. Recent studies have suggested that the occurrence and development of tumors are related to the dysfunction of epithelial cadherins, and that there is a certain correlation between serum soluble epithelial cadherins and the grade and prognosis of tumors. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between this new marker and the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumors.
