教师是教学过程的组织者、指导者、意义建构的帮助者、促进者。这个作用不仅体现在教师组织实施教育教学的行为过程中,同时教师的语言和情感在教学中也起到了催化剂的作用。语言是教学思想最基本的信息载体。而情感,列宁说过:“人类探究真理时,积极肯定的情感起激励促进作用,消极否定的情感起抑制阻碍作用。”因此,教学中要重视增强积极肯定的情感,降低消极否定的情感。教师在组织过程中应把两者有机的结合,为有效教学提供促进作用。
Teachers are the organizers and guides of the teaching process, the helpers and facilitators of meaning construction. This role is not only reflected in the teacher organization and implementation of education and teaching behavior, at the same time the teacher’s language and emotion also play a catalyst in teaching. Language is the most basic information carrier of teaching thought. As for emotion, Lenin said: “When people explore truth, positive and affirmative emotion play a positive role in stimulating and negatively negative emotions serve as a deterrent.” Therefore, emphasis should be placed on strengthening positive and affirmative feelings and reducing negative negativity in teaching emotion. Teachers in the organizational process should combine the two organic, to promote effective teaching.
