枝晶间距是重要的铸态组织参数。本文的研究表明,微量稀土的加入能显著细化工业纯铝的枝晶,明显细化Al-Mg和Al-Li系合金的枝晶稀土对铝合金枝晶的细化效果与铝合金中原有合金元素的种类和数量直接相关。本文提出的溶质传输量特征参数P0可正确反映稀土对铝合金枝晶的细化能力与原有合金元素的种类和含量的半定量关系。

The characteristic parameter P0 of solute transport presented in this paper can correctly reflect the semi-quantitative relationship between the refinement ability of rare earths on the dendrites of aluminum alloys and the types and contents of the original alloying elements.
