目的了解天津市放射诊疗工作人员培训现状,分析存在问题,为今后开展放射卫生防护知识宣传与培训提供科学依据。方法采用事先设计并经过专家讨论的《天津市放射诊疗工作人员培训现状与需求调查问卷》,对天津市711名从事放射诊疗工作人员进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果从事放射诊疗工作的男性占70.5%,女性占29.5%,男女性别比例约为2.4∶1;学历构成以本科为主,占58.1%;专业以预防医学(含放射医学)为主,占55.3%;47.7%的人员进修过放射卫生专业知识;93.2%的人员愿意参加培训;在培训方式方面,65%的人员选择实践操作;在培训形式方面有71.3%的人员选择培训班;培训内容以辐射与防护知识和放射卫生基础知识为主。结论天津市卫生计生委按照《放射性同位素与射线装置放射防护条例》和《放射工作人员健康管理规定》的要求,对放射诊疗工作人员进行了培训,达到了法律法规标准的要求,培训内容、方式、形式基本满足要求,但应进一步改进培训方式,提高培训效果。
Objective To understand the status quo of training of radiation clinic staff in Tianjin and to analyze the existing problems so as to provide a scientific basis for publicizing and training radiation health protection knowledge in the future. Methods The Questionnaire on the Current Situation and Demand of Training of Radiation Clinicians in Tianjin, which was designed and discussed by experts, was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 711 radiological clinic workers in Tianjin and to conduct statistical analysis on the survey results. Results 70.5% men and 29.5% women engaged in radiology and health care. The male-to-female sex ratio was about 2.4:1. The academic background mainly consisted of undergraduate students, accounting for 58.1%. The major was preventive medicine (including radiology), accounting for 55.3% %; 47.7% of them have the professional knowledge of radiation health; 93.2% of the staff are willing to participate in the training; 65% of the personnel choose to practice in terms of training methods; 71.3% of them choose training courses in terms of training forms; The basic knowledge of radiation and protection and basic knowledge of radiation. Conclusion According to the “Radiation Protection Regulations of Radioactive Isotopes and Radiators” and “Regulations on Health Management of Radiation Workers”, Tianjin Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission conducted training on radiology and treatment staff and met the requirements of laws, regulations and standards, training contents and methods The form basically meets the requirements, but the training methods should be further improved to improve the training effect.
