目的:对荚果蕨贯众的化学成分进行研究。方法:用色谱法分离化合物,根据理化性质和光谱鉴定结构。结果:分离鉴定了6个化合物:5,7-二羟基-6-甲基-4’-甲氧基二氢黄酮(1),甲氧基荚果蕨辛(2),thunberginol C(3),去甲氧基荚果蕨素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),荚果蕨素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(5),gaylussacin(6)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从荚果蕨植物中分离得到,其中化合物1,4为新的天然产物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Pteridium fern Guanzhong. Methods: The compounds were separated by chromatography and the structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectra. RESULTS: Six compounds were isolated and identified: 5,7-dihydroxy-6-methyl-4’-methoxydihydroflavone (1), methoxyphyllin (2), thunberginol C (3), Demethoxyfertatin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (4), Phenaenotin 7-O-β-D-glucoside (5), gaylussacin (6). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from the fern plants for the first time. Compounds 1 and 4 were new natural products.
