天麻素是天麻的一种有效成份,药理研究证明它有镇静作用。本文报告用人工合成的天麻素治疗神经衰弱161例,有效率90.05%;神经衰弱综合征99例,有效率85.85%;血管神经性头痛89例,有效率67.41%。本品对失眠疗效最好,头痛次之,并能减轻血管神经性头痛的发作。除少数病人出现口鼻干燥、头昏、胃不适等不良反应外,本品对血压、脉搏、白细胞总数、尿常规及肝功能均无明显影响,系一安全的镇静止痛药。
