介绍了大电流MAG焊旋转射流过渡液流束的稳定性,指出液流束自身所具有的压缩不稳定性和螺旋不稳定性,是引起旋转射流过渡的内在因素。分析了焊丝直径对液流束稳定性的影响,指出焊丝直径越细旋转射流过渡的稳定性越强,为实现稳定的旋转射流过渡提供了理论依据。
The stability of transient liquid flux in MAG rotor is introduced. It is pointed out that the inherent instability and spiral instability of the liquid jet are the internal factors that cause the transition of rotating jet. The influence of wire diameter on the stability of the liquid jet was analyzed. It was pointed out that the smaller the diameter of the wire, the stronger the stability of the jet and the theoretical basis provided for the stable jet transition.
