为进一步加强农村生态建设、环境保护和综合整治工作。2013年5月,农业部启动“美丽乡村”创建工作,至11月,全国已经有1100个乡村被确定为“美丽乡村”创建试点村,目前中国美丽乡村建设创建出了十大模式,根据不同类型地区的自然资源禀赋、社会经济发展水平、产业发展特点以及民俗文化传承差异,坚持因地制宜、分类指导的原则,美丽乡村创建的内容因村施策、各有侧重、突出重点、整体推进,为进一步诠释这一建设成效,中国农业出版社装帧设计中心主任胡金刚用画笔真实记录下了这些风格各异,景色秀丽的美丽乡村。这些画作描绘了美丽乡村的优美、整洁、纯朴、恬静;反映了农民幸福美好的新生活;唤起了人们对家乡的爱恋。鼓舞大家为实现美丽中国梦大步前进。
