法律教学作为《职业道德与法律》课程的重要内容之一,实现其教学目标的方法很多。但笔者在多年的教学实践对比中发现,模拟庭审现场教学是较为行之有效的途径。这种教学方法是在教师的指导下,由学生扮演案件当事人,如法官、检察官、律师以及其他诉讼参与人等,以司法实践中的法庭审判为参照,模拟审判某一案件的实践教学活动。它具有很强的实践性、公开性和应用性。由于中职学生在理论基础、理解问题能力以及由就业方向所决定的知识结构需求等方面,与普通高等院校学生存在一定的差异,所以中职学校的法律教学比普通高等院校更加需要进行模拟庭审现场教学,需要通过一个个生动、典型、深入
