近些年,由于受环境、能源等因素制约,传统化工行业正面临举步维艰的困境;由于订单、资金、人力成本等多方面问题,我国大部分压力容器制造企业正面临着重新洗牌的格局。在此状态下,包括很多国内知名压力容器制造企业都面向国际市场;但在国际上,压力容器制造企业缺少品牌效应;归根结底,由于产品质量得不到有效保障,质量保证体系运行不到位,导致难以在国际市场上树立良好的形象。本文引用监理服务,从成本控制和信息化管理等方面进行监督,以期协助压力容器制造企业提升生产效率和产品质量水准。
In recent years, due to environmental and energy constraints, the traditional chemical industry is facing a difficult predicament. Due to many problems such as orders, capital and labor cost, most of China’s pressure vessel manufacturers are facing the reshuffle pattern. In this state, many well-known domestic manufacturers of pressure vessels are facing the international market. However, in the international market, pressure vessel manufacturers lack the brand effect. In the final analysis, due to the lack of effective guarantee of product quality, the quality assurance system is not in operation, resulting in Difficult to establish a good image in the international market. This article refers to the supervision services, from cost control and information management supervision, with a view to assist pressure vessel manufacturers to enhance production efficiency and product quality standards.
