在竞争激烈程度逐渐增强和不可预测的商业环境中,如何控制营销风险以减少损失是营销领域研究的一个重要话题。通过对营销风险管理研究成果的梳理和述评发现,已有研究在营销风险的概念、识别、评估和应对处理等方面已经取得了较大进展。但以往文献在研究层面上缺少对行业整体营销风险的研究,在指标处理上缺乏对指标属性的分析,在风险应对处理上忽视对企业个体风险偏好与风险承受能力差异性的探讨,在一定程度上使得理论研究与企业实践相脱节。未来应该从行业营销风险、评价指标属性和企业对风险承受能力的差异等方面开展研究,不断完善营销风险管理的理论体系。
