淮南矿山机械厂从53年起即开始用耐火材料做铜罩处理铁水,几年来获得很大效果.该厂现在采用耐火材料制造的铜罩,每个可处理15~18次,其制造方法是:先用10根φ6的铁棍插在φ295×10的圆盘砂型上,浇上铸的后清砂,再浇上两道铁丝如图1所示.在芯骨上刷一层泥浆水,放进木胎,再插上作为铜罩眼的木块(两排,每排10只).用混碾好的耐火材料(成分:#4石英砂40%,白泥粉20%,水分10~12%)逐渐用手捏紧.取出木胎,顶端插一圈洋钉,即成图2所示形状.

Remove the wooden tire, the top plug in a circle of foreign nails, that is, as shown in Figure 2 shape.
