近年来国外对快速对流加热理论、燃烧装置及炉型进行了大量研究,将快速对流加热技术应用到锻压加热、热处理、干燥等领域,获得比普通加热或电加热方式好得多的技术经济指标,认为在大量生产的生产线上,使用快速对流加热装置更为合理。本刊第一期“高速烧咀及其应用浅介”一文介绍了快速对流炉的一般原理并引用了苏联的应用实例。苏联“锻压生产”1977年第9、10期;1978年第3期又相继发表了关于这个专题的试验研究成果和论述,本文即系这些文章中的一篇。其他文章本刊将陆续摘译选登,供国内对快速对流加热技术有兴趣的同志们参考。
