早产儿生长评价与定期监测对于早期发现生长发育异常的高危儿、及时了解早产儿追赶生长情况以及营养干预措施的制定和评估具有重要的意义。如何对早产儿的生长水平及速度进行正确评价一直是新生儿及儿童保健领域的研究热点和难点。本文针对早产儿生长评价的指标、参照标准及生长曲线的选择、早期适宜的生长速率以及生长异常界值点展开综述,以期为早产儿体格生长的合理评估提供参考。
Evaluation of growth and regular monitoring of preterm infants for early detection of abnormal growth and development of children with high risk, timely understanding of the growth of premature children catch up with the development of nutrition interventions and evaluation is of great significance. How to correctly evaluate the growth and the rate of premature infants has been a hot and difficult topic in the field of neonatal and child health. In this paper, the indicators of growth evaluation of premature infants, reference standards and the selection of growth curves, early appropriate growth rate and growth abnormalities cut-off point review, in order to provide a reasonable reference for the rational assessment of the growth of premature infants.
