当前高校学报改革面临着三对矛盾:高校学报的办刊宗旨与其功能定位存在矛盾;学报现行办刊体制与市场化运营不相容;学报传统办刊模式与现代办刊理念存在距离。在中共中央深化文化体制改革,推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣,以及非时政类报刊转企改制的大背景下,高校学报改革可以借鉴国企改革的经验,对其功能定位、现行办刊体制、传统办刊模式进行调整,以实现学报期刊自主办刊、专业化办刊等目的。
There are three contradictions in the reform of journals of colleges and universities: there are contradictions between the aims of university journals and their functional orientation; the incompatibility between the current journals publishing system and the marketization operation; and the distance between the traditional journals and the concept of modern journals. Under the background of deepening the reform of the cultural system and promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture as well as the restructuring of non-governmental newspapers and periodicals, the reform of the journals of higher learning can draw lessons from the experience of the reform of state-owned enterprises and analyze its function orientation, the current system of running magazines, Traditional mode of running the magazine to adjust, in order to achieve self-journals, periodicals and other purposes.
