本文利用北京交通现状数据对国外已提出的关系模型进行验证,并在此基础上,提出符合北京市交通实际的空间平均速度与时间平均速度关系模型。
In this paper, the present situation of Beijing traffic data to verify the relationship model has been proposed abroad, and on this basis, put forward in line with Beijing traffic reality of the average spatial velocity and time-average velocity relationship model.
