运动生理学是体育学科的基础学科之一,是研究在体育活动和运动训练影响下人体生理结构和生理机能变化规律的一门学科,在体育学院学生四年的学习中占着举足轻重的地位,同时,它也是硕士、博士进行学术研究的基础。因此,学好这门课程对学生以后的发展具有较大的影响。运动生理学课程中的一些知识点比较复杂甚至十分抽象,如肌肉的生物电现象、收缩机制和肌肉活动的神经控制等,学生难以理解。多媒体课件具有化抽象为具体、化静态为动态、信息量大、简明清晰等优点,把它运用到生理教学中,不仅可以充分调动学生的积极性,提高教师教学质量和教学效果,而且在实验课中也会增强实验视觉效果,做到图、文、音并茂,是学生更好地理解实验过程,从而提高他们的动手能力。
