Many Norwegian architects are reluctant to choose low-cost residential projects because some of their design considerations for building standards and quality of life are often sacrificed by developers for cost control reasons. FuthArk’s office shows us the best of both worlds. The project includes 33 apartments, occupying 3 sides of the site, a concrete base with commercial facilities and a 2-storey underground garage.
