简述了一种角度变化试验台的工作原理与工作环境,设计了基于该试验台的液压动力系统,基于AMESim仿真平台对液压系统进行了仿真、分析,研究了液压系统中不同因素变化对系统的影响,得出了采用调速阀进行调速,回油油路设置节流阀并且系统压力保持在16 MPa左右的条件下系统最稳定的结论。为实际系统制作提供了理论依据。
The operating principle and working environment of a kind of angle changing test bench are briefly described. The hydraulic power system based on this test rig is designed. Based on the AMESim simulation platform, the hydraulic system is simulated and analyzed. The influences of different factors in the hydraulic system on the system The conclusion is reached that the system is the most stable under the conditions of adopting governor valve to adjust speed, setting oil return valve and maintaining system pressure at about 16 MPa.
