为了评估不同类型沥青路面的抗疲劳性能,采用半圆弯曲试验和数字图像相关法对典型裂缝处钻取的现场芯样进行测试.分别采用不同类型疲劳模型对试验结果进行分析,并结合芯样抽提和筛分结果确定不同路段的疲劳开裂成因.结果表明:现场芯样的抗疲劳性能从高到低依次为改性橡胶沥青混合料、密级配改性沥青混合料、连续级配沥青稳定碎石、间断级配多碎石沥青混凝土、半开级配沥青稳定碎石;与半开级配沥青稳定碎石相比,改性橡胶沥青混合料的疲劳寿命提高了2.0~3.8倍;采用耗散能密度比指标可以准确地预估不同类型混合料的疲劳寿命和实际路面破损率;不同类型沥青混合料的疲劳开裂成因并不一致.
In order to evaluate the anti-fatigue performance of different types of asphalt pavement, semi-circle bending test and digital image correlation method were used to test on-site core samples drilled at typical cracks.The test results were analyzed by different types of fatigue models respectively, The results show that the anti-fatigue performance of core samples in the field are modified rubber asphalt mixture, dense graded modified asphalt mixture, continuous graded asphalt stabilized aggregate Stone and discontinuous graded asphalt concrete with half graded aggregate and asphalt stabilized gravel with semi-open grading. Compared with the semi-open graded asphalt stabilized gravel, the fatigue life of the modified rubber asphalt mixture increased by 2.0-3.8 times; The energy density ratio index can accurately predict the fatigue life and the actual pavement failure rate of different types of mixtures. The causes of fatigue cracking of different types of asphalt mixtures are not consistent.
