本文报导用摄食同位素硫化~(99m)锝胶体标记的固体食物作放射强度测定,观察贲门失弛缓症患者治疗前后食管排空情况的变化,以评定治疗效果,并与食管下端括约肌(以下简称LES)压力测定及症状分级记分的评定方法作比较。
In this paper, we measured the radioactivity of solid foods labeled with isotope-sulfurized 99m-Technetium colloid to observe the change of esophageal emptying before and after treatment in patients with achalasia. The therapeutic effect was evaluated and compared with esophageal lower sphincter (hereinafter referred to as LES ) Pressure measurement and symptom score rating method for comparison.
