目的分析脑星形细胞胶质瘤组织中CD105与CD248的表达情况,并探讨其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学染色法检测128份不同分级的脑星形细胞胶质瘤组织及16份正常脑组织中CD105与CD248的表达。结果正常脑组织中未检测到CD105与CD248的表达。胶质瘤组织中CD105与CD248的阳性表达率分别为69.71%和58.59%,且胶质瘤病理级别与二者的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 CD105与CD248在星形细胞胶质瘤组织中的表达与肿瘤恶性程度有关,其可能参与了脑星形细胞胶质瘤的发展,以二者为靶点的抗血管生成疗法将为星形细胞胶质瘤的生物治疗提供新的方向。
Objective To analyze the expression of CD105 and CD248 in astrocytic glioma and to explore its significance. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CD105 and CD248 in 128 gliomas with different grades and 16 normal brain tissues. Results The expression of CD105 and CD248 in normal brain tissue was not detected. The positive rates of CD105 and CD248 in glioma tissues were 69.71% and 58.59%, respectively. There was a positive correlation between the pathological grade and glioma pathological grade (P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of CD105 and CD248 in astrocytic gliomas is related to the degree of tumor malignancy, which may be involved in the development of brain astrocytic glioma.
