石脑油是石油化工中最重要的化工原料,对其PNA(烷、环、芳烃)值的准确分析是控制毫秒炉加工工艺,从而取得最佳经济效益的主要依据。目前国际上主要有以Packard 412机为代表的多柱切换族分离,及以5880A HP(85)软件为代表的高效毛细管柱的组分分离两种,后者明显优于前者。要完全分离石脑油中数百个组分,这在技术上是困难的,而在生产应用中又无必要。在分离研究中只要着眼于PNA族之间的最大分离,就能取得准确的PNA值。 由于烷、环、芳烃的保留指数具有不同的温度系
Naphtha is the most important chemical raw material in the petrochemical industry. Accurate analysis of its PNA (alkane, ring, aromatics) value is the main basis for controlling the millisecond furnace process to obtain the best economic benefit. At present, there are mainly two types of multi-column switch family represented by the Packard 412 machine, and two kinds of high-performance capillary column components represented by the 5880A HP (85) software, the latter being obviously superior to the former. It is technically difficult to completely separate hundreds of components in naphtha, and not necessary in production applications.
