本文在简述了试验概况的基础上,着重对试验结果进行了分析。表明板厚、压头直径、线能量的改变,对试验结果无明显影响;而板宽、支辊直径、加载速度的改变则对试验结果有较明显的影响。此外,从硬度试验、金相观察结果分析了在焊趾处易于开裂的原因。从光弹性试验应力分析证实了宏观试验结果所得结论的正确性。分析了裂纹发生和扩展特征,兼评了钢的焊接性和接头韧性。找出了T弯试样横向收缩及膨胀的规律。由可靠性计算阐明了T弯试样截面尺寸设计的合理性。
Based on the brief introduction of the test, this paper focuses on the analysis of the test results. The results show that the change of plate thickness, indenter diameter and line energy has no significant effect on the test results. However, the change of plate width, branch roller diameter and loading speed has obvious influence on the test results. In addition, from the hardness test, the metallographic observation results analyzed the reason of cracking easily at the weld toe. From the analysis of the photoelastic test stress, the conclusion of the macroscopic test is confirmed. The crack initiation and propagation characteristics were analyzed, and the weldability and joint toughness of the steel were also evaluated. T-bend test to find the horizontal contraction and expansion of the law. The reliability calculation shows the rationality of the sectional design of the T bend specimen.
