邓小平理论中“质”的根本点在于坚持四项基本原则 ,核心是坚持社会主义方向。改革旨在完善社会主义制度 ,发挥社会主义优越性。改革是综合性全面改革 ,是共同富裕的改革 ,是开放性改革。必须正确认识邓小平改革理论中质与量的辩证关系 ,把握改革的度 ,避免犯“左”的或右的错误。因此 ,改革必须符合“三个有利于”标准 ,走稳中求快的道路 ,坚持四项基本原则。
The fundamental point of Deng Xiaoping’s theory of “quality” lies in adhering to the four cardinal principles, with the core of adhering to the direction of socialism. The reform aims at improving the socialist system and giving play to the superiority of socialism. Reform is a comprehensive and comprehensive reform, a common prosperity and an open reform. We must correctly understand the dialectical relationship between the quality and the quantity in Deng Xiaoping’s reform theory, grasp the degree of reform and avoid making “left” or right mistakes.
