The State Council issued a notice a few days ago and approved the “Investigation Report on the Management Experience of Handan Iron and Steel Plant” of the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Metallurgy, and asked all regions and relevant departments to study and promote their experience in the light of actual conditions. The notice said that since the “Circular of the General Office of the State Council on Transferring the Experience of the State Economic and Trade Commission on Strengthening the Management of the Handan Iron and Steel Plant to Further Strengthen the Report on the Work of Turning Losses and Increasing Profits” issued by the General Office of the State Council in 1993, Handan Iron & Steel has combined enterprise reform, reorganization, and transformation to continue
