采用浸渍-焙烧法对活性炭 (AC) 进行载锆改性, 选取浸渍浓度、浸渍时间和焙烧温度为影响因子, 以比电容为评价指标, 通过单因素和正交试验确定ZrO2-AC电极材料的最佳制备工艺, 利用BET、SEM、EDS及FT-IR对载锆前后活性炭材料进行性能表征.结果表明:ZrO2改性活性炭的最佳工艺参数为浸渍浓度1.5mol/L, 浸渍时间16h, 焙烧温度500℃;活性炭负载ZrO2后比电容增加了72.6%, 比表面积降低了12.75%;ZrO2-AC电极材料的表面及孔道出现絮状和颗粒状的ZrO2, Zr元素的质量分数为16.8%, 表面形成Zr—O键的含氧官能团.活性炭负载ZrO2后加速了电极双电层的形成, 提高了电极材料的电化学性能, 可作为电吸附除盐的电极材料.“,”Activated carbon (AC) was experiment modified by impregnation-calcination doped ZrO2 method.The factors including impregnation concentration, impregnation time and calcination temperature were selected.And the specific capacitance was used as the evaluation index to confirm the optimal preparation of ZrO2-AC electrode material and characterized its properties through the single factor and orthogonal experiment.The materials were analyzed by using brunauer-emmett-tellergas adsorption method (BET), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) .The results showed that the optimum parameters:the impregnation concentration was 1.5 mol/L, the impregnation time was 16 h and the calcination temperature was 500℃.The specific capacitance increased by 72.6% and the specific surface area decreased by12.75%.The surface and pore of ZrO2-AC showed flocculent and granular ZrO2 particles.The weight percentage of Zr element was 16.8%.Meanwhile, Zr—O bond were found on ZrO2-AC surface.The electrochemical performance was improved after doped ZrO2.And it can be used as electrode material for electric adsorption technology.
