目的:分析神经外科陪护人员的一般情况,并探究陪护人员的管理措施。方法:选取丽水市中心医院神经外科收治的有陪护的100例患者(2014年3月~2015年3月)为研究对象,调查陪护人员的一般情况,并对其进行专项培训。评估患者对陪护人员的满意水平。结果:神经外科陪护人员对疾病的一般知识和饮食注意事项比较熟悉,而对于疾病专业知识、用药常识和功能锻炼并不熟悉,陪护人员的压力最容易受知识缺乏、病人病情和缺乏社会支持等因素影响。结论:对神经外科陪护人员的一般情况和患者、患者家属的护理需求进行调查,进而针对性进行陪护人员的管理和培训,有助于提高陪护人员的陪护知识水平和技能,有助于提高患者满意度,促进病房管理的顺利进行。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the general situation of neurosurgery accompanying staff and to explore the management measures of accompanying staff.
