在电力工业市场化的过程中,省级电力市场普遍采用中长期合同的交易方式。在年度合同电量交易完成后,需要在月市场中将月度合同电量分解到本月各日。分解结果直接影响系统的安全经济运行以及日前市场的电量交易。针对该问题,提出了一种切实可行的火电机组月度合同电量分解算法。该方法兼顾了电网调度的公平性和经济性,综合考虑了机组月度检修计划调整、合同电量的滚动修正、发电与负荷之间的平衡、最大/最小发电量约束等因素。以该算法为核心成功地开发了电网经济调度系统,并且利用甘肃电网数据验证了其实用性和有效性。
In the process of marketization of the power industry, the provincial power market generally adopts the medium-term and long-term contracts. After the annual contract power transaction is completed, the monthly contract power needs to be broken down into the current month on the monthly market. The decomposition results directly affect the safe and economical operation of the system as well as the trading volume of electricity in the market. Aiming at this problem, a feasible monthly contract power decomposition algorithm for thermal power units is proposed. The method takes into account the fairness and economy of grid dispatching, and takes into account factors such as adjustment of monthly maintenance plan, rolling correction of contract power, balance between power generation and load, maximum / minimum generation constraint and so on. Based on this algorithm, the grid economic dispatching system has been successfully developed, and its practicality and effectiveness have been verified by the data of Gansu Power Grid.
