当有限的课程物质资源开发到一定程度时,起决定作用的必将是课程人力资源。作为现代公民素质教育的思想政治课程,它对课程人力资源的关注是由其课程性质与理念决定的。思想政治课程的实施需重视对家庭和社区人力资源的开发与利用,首先要界定他们是否具有思想政治课程价值,在此基础上,再着重从实践层面探索如何开发和利用家庭和社区人力资源。
When limited curriculum material resources development to a certain extent, the decisive role is bound to be curriculum human resources. As an ideological and political course of modern citizens’ quality education, its attention to curriculum human resources is determined by the nature and philosophy of its courses. The implementation of ideological and political courses should pay attention to the development and utilization of human resources in families and communities. Firstly, it is necessary to define whether they have the value of ideological and political courses. Based on this, we should also focus on practical aspects to explore how to develop and utilize human resources in the family and community.
