目前,我国已经进入经济发展的新阶段,尤其是加入WTO后,经济全球化、文化多元化的发展趋势都将使企业面临一个既有挑战又是机遇的、充满不确定因素的环境。所以,如何在新时期、新环境下探索和尝试新的企业人力资源管理模式成为摆在各企业面前的紧迫问题。本文就从这一问题入手进行分析,并以国有企业和民营企业为例,进行了有针对性的阐述。
At present, our country has entered a new stage of economic development. Especially after China’s accession to the WTO, the trend of economic globalization and cultural diversification will all expose enterprises to an environment full of uncertainties that is both challenging and opportunistic. Therefore, how to explore and try out the new mode of human resource management in the new environment and new environment has become an urgent issue for all enterprises. This article starts from the analysis of this issue, and takes the state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises as an example, and carries out targeted elaboration.
