目的分析omentin-1、chemerin与2型糖尿病患者相关代谢指标的关系。方法本研究选取75例2型糖尿病患者及15名健康志愿者。omentin-1、chemerin、IL-6与胰岛素用ELISA测定。两独立样本参数分析采用t检验。两组以上样本分析采用单因素方差分析,相关性分析采用简单线性回归分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果与健康对照组(27.4±2.6)ng/ml相比,2型糖尿病患者(19.7±1.0)ng/ml及2型糖尿病患者伴缺血性心脏病(18.5±1.6)ng/ml的血清omentin-1水平明显降低(P<0.05)。而血清chemerin水平在2型糖尿病(347.0±14.0)ng/ml和2型糖尿病患者伴缺血性心脏病(341.0±16.5)ng/ml较健康对照组(281.0±13.0)ng/ml显著增加,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。omentin-1和chemerin水平显著负相关(r=-0.261,P<0.05)。血omentin-1水平与BMI、空腹血糖、IL-6及HOMA-IR呈显著负相关(r=-0.249、-0.232、-0.261、-0.228),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。血chemerin水平与BMI、LDL/HDL胆固醇、总胆固醇/HDL、IL-6呈显著正相关(r=0.284、0.316、0.281、0.280),而与HDL胆固醇呈显著负相关(r=-0.250),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 omentin-1和chemerin可能在肥胖及2型糖尿病的发生中扮演一个举足轻重的作用,但在心血管疾病发生的作用需要进一步阐明。
Objective To analyze the relationship between omentin-1, chemerin and related metabolic parameters in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 75 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 15 healthy volunteers were enrolled in this study. omentin-1, chemerin, IL-6 and insulin were measured by ELISA. Two independent sample parameter analysis using t test. Two groups of more than one sample analysis using one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis using simple linear regression analysis, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results Serum levels of omentin in type 2 diabetic patients (19.7 ± 1.0) ng / ml and type 2 diabetic patients with ischemic heart disease (18.5 ± 1.6) ng / ml were significantly lower than those in healthy controls (27.4 ± 2.6) ng / ml -1 levels were significantly lower (P <0.05). Serum chemerin levels were significantly increased in type 2 diabetic patients (347.0 ± 14.0) ng / ml and type 2 diabetic patients with ischemic heart disease (341.0 ± 16.5) ng / ml compared with healthy controls (281.0 ± 13.0) ng / ml, The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between omentin-1 and chemerin (r = -0.261, P <0.05). There was a significant negative correlation between the level of omentin-1 and BMI, fasting blood glucose, IL-6 and HOMA-IR (r = -0.249, -0.232, -0.261, -0.228) . Serum chemerin levels were positively correlated with BMI, LDL / HDL cholesterol, total cholesterol / HDL and IL-6 (r = 0.284,0.316,0.281,0.280), but negatively correlated with HDL cholesterol (r = -0.250) The differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05). Conclusions Both omentin-1 and chemerin may play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of obesity and type 2 diabetes. However, their role in cardiovascular disease needs to be further elucidated.
