对上海某电池厂发生锰中毒进行了流行病学调查。该厂在干电池生产中使用大量MnO2(电池去极剂),由于防护措施不力,拌料车间空气中锰平均浓度高达107mg/m3。在九年中对76名接触MnO2者体检,发现标中毒5人,患病率高达6.5%,高于1980年全国标中毒普查的锰尘接触者锰中毒患病率0.28%的22倍之多。提示:应加强电池制造行业锰中毒的防护工作,促使电池制造业健康监护性体检形成制度化、法律化。
An epidemiological investigation of manganese poisoning in a battery factory in Shanghai was carried out.
