目的:对牙周牙髓联合病临床特点进行分析,以找到最适合临床上治疗此病的方法。方法:选取荆州中心医院院自2009年3月～2011年4月口腔科收治的牙周牙髓联合病患者50例,共有患牙90颗,对以上50例患者进行回顾性分析,主要对患者的治疗方法是采取牙周以及牙髓的综合治疗,牙髓治疗方面主要是采用根管治疗,牙周治疗主要是包括牙周基础的治疗以及牙周手术的治疗。结果:总体的有效率达86.7%,其中有55.6%是显效。结论:对于牙周牙髓联合病要及时给予治疗,采用综合治疗的方法,同时还要提高治疗的技术,加强治疗管理。
Objective: To analyze the clinical features of periodontal-pulp joint disease in order to find out the most suitable method for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods: 50 cases of periodontal and endodontic joint diseases admitted to Jingzhou Central Hospital from March 2009 to April 2011 were selected. There were 90 affected teeth. The above 50 cases were retrospectively analyzed, mainly on patients The treatment is to take periodontal and endodontic comprehensive treatment, endodontic treatment is mainly the use of root canal treatment, periodontal treatment is mainly based on periodontal treatment and periodontal surgery. Results: The overall effective rate of 86.7%, of which 55.6% were markedly effective.
